OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT REAPPRAISALS - 2004/2005 CAD SURVEY Tarrant Appraisal District Operations Data The performance of appraisal districts is evaluated by compiling a ratio study. The ratio study indicates how accurately and consistently the appraisal district values property. The state also summarizes the appraisal district’s policy in 2004 regarding what are referred to as “share CAD accounts”. These are accounts that are valued by two appraisal districts. As indicated by the table, most appraisal districts were working cooperatively to correlate values for share CAD accounts. Tarrant Appraisal District did not have a contract for "share CAD" accounts when this data was compiled. Data provided by the Texas Comptroller.
