PENDING LAWSUITS FROM PRIOR YEARS - 2004/2005 CAD SURVEY Tarrant Appraisal District Operations Data Judicial appeals are often not settled for 8 to 24 months. In some cases, it takes even longer to resolve a judicial appeal. This table shows the number of judicial appeals still pending or 2003, 2002 and 2001 when the report was completed in 2004. It also shows the assessed value of the accounts with litigation still pending. Tarrant Appraisal District had an above average proportion of accounts with 2003 litigation pending for 2003 when this data was compiled. Data obtained from the Texas Comptroller.
